Program

The program described in this section is intended to fulfill several criteria, upon which entrants will be judged. The physical design will be evaluated for its quality and innovation, including the project's sustainability, as per its score on the Green Standards Checklist. Another priority is adherence to the City's affordability requirement which should result in at least two (2) affordably-priced homes. The judges will consider the feasibility of the cost estimate and how well the entry responds to neighborhood context, the City's historic design overly and public input.
